I always looked forward to taking Meghan's classes. I found that she is a great combination of being supportive and patient while also motivating students to push themselves to their personal best. Her classes were always hard but never in a way that made me worry I might hurt myself! I remember that even after just a few classes with Meghan she started to know and remember the areas where I needed adjustment and encouragement. I was able to take a virtual private class with her recently and she provided new insight on form for some common Pilates exercises as well as ways that I can personally listen to my own body to build strength through understanding my weaknesses. I continue to think about this advice when I tackle those exercises on my own.

Meghan is the reason I fell in love with Pilates. At a time when I was looking to change up my workout routine, she introduced me to reformer Pilates and I never looked back. Taking private lessons with her, in addition to group training, I gained a completely new understanding of my body and the advantages of slow and controlled movement. Her warm and witty nature always help me push to my limits and to actually look forward to a work-out for a change.
